Aeries' eyes were big as saucers all day long - until she finally fell fast asleep in the car on the way home (after we had to ask the little chatterbox to quit talking about 6 times). We all had an incredibly fun day.

Aeries Plays in the Pool
At last it's warm enough to play in the pool. I used to work with a lady that said when she grew up her parents wouldn't let them run thru the sprinkler until it was 80 degrees, so they would sit and watch the thermometer all day hoping and hoping that it would hit 80. I couldn't help think about that as I watched Aeries as she dragged the empty swimming pool out of the garage and played in it this summer - dreaming of the day when it would be warm enough to play in it actually filled with actual water. It broke 70 this weekend and so it was finally warm enough where she could enjoy it without freezing to death - not that she would have cared of course.
