We are thankful for all the parents and grandparents that are taking such special care of the younger generation (and taking care of themselves while they are at it!) during this unique time in history. It's nice to see everyone coming together with love for one another and a bit of humor to help us all get through this.
We had a very special Thai food take-out-dinner / Birthday Party with Mom, Syl and Conner tonight. Among all the cancelled parties, crazy headlines and the coronavirus pandemic, it helps us remember what's really important in life. Happy Birthday Mom. We love you to pieces.
Strange days are happening now, with the Coronavirus scare forcing people to stay out of public places and shutting things down for a couple of weeks. Very surreal. But we live our lives because that's what we do.
Had a super fun 'Papa day' with Adam today. First time Adam and I have done a 'day' together and we had a really special time. The main activity was a visit to the Reptile Zoo. He was basically fearless, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves!
