I'm late posting this but I wanted to share these pics. In August we drove down to see Avery. We enjoyed a long weekend - 3 full days - with him! We visited the Japanese Garden and the Rose Garden in Washington Park, hit the gym, did some shopping, and on Monday night had a wonderful dinner together.
It seemed like a good night to take a few photos of the moon. It was looking magnificent tonight!
Thank you to the amazing athletes (some pictured, some not pictured) who rode with Jessica and I for the 75-minute RPM class tonight. It was loud, it was hot, it was smelly, and it was awesome.
We've really been enjoying our new pond and all the fish life. There are more fish than we thought since some that were originally put in that we thought died, lived. We can only guess but there are at a minimum 8 and perhaps more. I'm trying to get better at photographing them but's a challenge. Here are a few shots. Please enjoy!
