Snow snow snow
I guess everybody knows it's been snowing to beat the band here. It finally quit snowing today and the temperature is hovering right around 32. The ice on the driveway came off easily in big chunks tonight and the icicles are dripping so things are looking up. They finally plowed our neighborhood streets this afternoon so we can get out and about tomorrow. Apparently Everett,Wa only owns 1 snowplow.
We've had Aeries since Friday. Stacie was able to get here and pick her up today. She didn't even attempt it yesterday. We didn't mind the extra time with her whatsoever, but today we could tell she really missed her Mommy a lot... and her Mommy missed her tons too. After Stacie got here Aeries ran around in circles like a nut for about 15 minutes laughing and being goofy. Then Aeries rolled her toybox into the family room where Stacie was sitting so she could play with her. It warmed our hearts to see that.

Aeries has a big Saturday afternoon
Silver Falls and Oregon City, Oregon
Lane went to Salem,OR last week for auditing. The audits were NE of Salem and he stopped at these sights on the drive to and from. One spot is beautiful and one spot is hideously ugly.

Avery and Stacie's Wedding
On November 1, 2008 Avery and Stacie were married in Redmond, Wa. It was a very lovely ceremony and well attended by members of all sides of the family. Conner was the ring-bearer and Aeries was the flower girl....although she wasn't thrilled about it and had to carried down the aisle. LOL! Avery's best friend Jordan officiated the ceremony. Stacie's dress was stunning, their vows were beautiful, and it went off without a hitch, and so the happy couple begin married life together. And we couldn't ask for a sweeter daughter-in-law. We think Stacie is a really special girl.
The ceremony was short and the highlight might have been their lovely vows, which they wrote themselves and read to each other.
After 3 years together, married at last.
Their first joint endeavor as a married couple. Seemed to go smoothly.
A very bright future ahead for these three.
The bride with her grandmother, mother, and daughter.
Of course I'd like a slice. Why else would I be first in line!?
Sending them off in style.
