Conner Takes the Boeing Tour
Today on a whim Conner and I went to the 'Future of Flight Museum' and the Boeing Tour. It was fantastic! We learned and saw a lot of cool stuff.
The museum was very educational. The Boeing Company has a very interesting history.
It was interesting to see the inner-workings of a jet engine.
Conner got to design his own airplane. Then after he was done he got to take home a poster of his design.
A lean, mean, flying machine.
We saw the interior of the new 787 Dreamliner. Very plush!
Conner was really interested in watching the flight simulator. There was a group of Boy Scouts waiting to go and so he didn't have a chance to go this time.
We had a really good time. It was a spur-of-the-moment idea and it turned into an especially fun day.

How fun! I'm still amazed at it all even though I worked there for several years. I've never been to the museum but almost always visit the gift shop when I'm there.
How fun for both you and Connor! It was great to see you last Sunday. Hope we get to see you again soon!
