Today I found the 6 min rides a challenge but I made it through. Took it a little easier since I’ve been doing all classes. No running. Thank you so very much for these classes. Sandra.
Coming off of a flu virus so took it easy today. This was a nice simple yet effective class and I was able to make modifications to suit me. Thank you for the motivation. Sandra.
