I’m sure I did this class on sept 10 but I must have forgotten to post a comment as I usually do. I remember my husband saying to me “why are you doing an American flag class?” And I said it must have something to do with July 4. We’re not as patriotic with our flag in Canada. Lol
Love the second last song. Take the long way home. I used to use it at the beginning of my spin classes. Brings back great memories. Thank you for your classes. You have no idea how beneficial they are to me right now. Sandra.
