Tough class. Did my first outdoor bike yesterday and these indoor classes are really helping me to keep my outdoor biking strength and speed. Thanks. Love hearing some of the older songs I haven’t heard in a while.
Great cueing. Great use of music. Especially on the last cardio “LA Woman” with the wind up to sprint. Thanks again. Sandra
Another spin class. Felt like a solid medium heart rate until the last song wind up when I’m sure I hit max HR. Great workout. Thank you. Sandra.
