Frankie The 6-Toed Neighborhood Cat

Frankie is sweet, loving, and vocal. He belongs to everyone and yet to no one. He's perfectly happy sleeping on the dirt or the railing, but if you leave the door open and turn your back he'll wind up on your bed or on top of your refrigerator.
