We Own a House!
Our house closed Monday at 10 minutes of 5:00. What a huge relief. This house wasn't listed as a short sale but after we made our initial offer we were told that it was, and the rollercoaster ride began. We've heard horror stories about short sales and we realize how fortunate we are to have had minimal issues with ours. We really had knowledgeable and trustworthy people working with us and that made a huge difference.
