I would not have done a workout today if I didn’t have this motivation. This was unbelievably hard for me today on the crosstrainer. But I got it done. Wasn’t pretty. Thanks. Sandra.
Much better as a spin class than a crosstrainer class. Max hr 175. Wowza. Glad I came back to it again. Thanks. Sandra.
