Seafair Torchlight 8k Pictures

I was very happy with my results this year. I fought off some fatigue and some negative thoughts and managed to run an 8:40 pace. I will do it again next year, and I know I will be even faster.

Today was the big day - well, the first of two big days. Aeries had a fun and busy day. Lots of good friends came by to taste her cookies, have some lemonade and look at her art. She will have another sale on Saturday, August 9.

Fourth of July Fireworks

I love taking pictures of (or trying to take pictures of) fireworks. I don't use a tripod so there's usually a lot of shake, but I don't care. I think it gives them more interest in some cases. Here's a long string of pictures from last night's extravaganza... some taken on Kelsey and Tom's street and also looking west toward Marysville. It was amazing!
