Selected Space Videos

I've really enjoyed working on this little project. I take lots and lots of videos through my telescope (Celestron - AstroMaster 90EQ Refractor Telescope), much of which I don't use and end up deleting. But some of it I use for stacking, and some of that is worth saving. I've kept the best of those over the last 20 months and here are a few of my favorites. Hope you like them too.

Conjunction of Venus and the Moon
(aka Not Bad for a $350 Canon Powershot)



(Beep beep beep nerd alert beep beep beep.....) I cropped Venus out of a different picture and zoomed in. Some blue light and some green light show around the edges. I don't know enough about e=mc2 and all that Einstein stuff to explain it but I think it's cool regardless. Or, maybe my lens was just dirty. LOL
